IMAGE SCAN HOLDINGS PLC ANNOUNCES TWO NEW NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENTS

Image Scan Holdings plc (AIM: IGE), a leading provider of real-time multi-view,
3D X-ray imaging solutions for the security and industrial inspection markets,
has today confirmed the appointment of Peter Woods OBE and Peter Hughes FCA as
Non Executive Directors with immediate effect.

Peter Woods, Chairman of Transense Technologies PLC, brings significant
knowledge and expertise of the automotive industry and Asian markets, having
also been Chairman and Chief Executive of Rover Japan within the BMW Rover
Group, as well as Regional Director for Japan, Australia & South Africa, &
Senior Investment Advisor to the Japanese Unit of Trade Partners UK (DTI/Foreign
Office trade activity).

Meanwhile, Peter Hughes brings to the Company significant financial and general
management experience with an emphasis on corporate planning and control. His
expertise as finance director across a range of UK listed companies including
Grand Metropolitan Group (now part of Diageo plc) and Newman Industries is
complemented by more recent experience in developing smaller cap businesses
through his role as Managing Director of Capital Investment Partners Ltd.
