                           TWO CONTRACTS SECURED FOR

                   PORTABLE SUSPECT PACKAGE DETECTION SYSTEM



Image Scan Holdings PLC, a world leader in the field of real-time 3D and 2D
x-ray imaging for the 'Homeland Security' and 'Industrial Inspection' markets,
is pleased to announce that it has been awarded two contracts for the provision
of the Company's portable suspect package inspection system, TPXi, through its
Belgium distributor, Industrial Control Machines SA (ICM), with total sales
value of £133,000.



The Company launched the TPXi system at the end of 2005.  The British Transport
Police were early adopters and took delivery of a number of systems which are
still in regular use in protecting the London Underground and mainline train
stations.



ICM were appointed as distributors to the Group in April 2006.  To date,
inclusive of these two recent contracts, ICM have placed orders for thirty
systems in total, and are confident of exceeding their minimum purchase
obligation for the second year of the agreement.
