                                  BOARD CHANGE


The Board of Image Scan, a leader in the field of real-time 3D and 2D x-ray
imaging for the 'Homeland Security' and 'Industrial Inspection' markets,
announces today the resignation of Robin Higgons, Sales and Marketing Director,
from the Board of the Company.

It is the intention of the Board to seek a replacement in due course.

Commenting, CEO, Nick Fox said: 'The Board wishes to thank Robin for his
commitment to date, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.'
