 Total Voting Rights

 Ilika (AIM: IKA), the advanced cleantech materials discovery company, announces that it has recently performed a reconciliation of the number of ordinary shares admitted to trading on AIM, and has as a result applied for ordinary shares relating to the following announcements to be admitted to trading:

-      271,600 ordinary shares relating to the issuance of shares following equity investment from the Carbon Trust, relating to the announcement dated 14 September 2012

-      60,000 ordinary shares relating to the conversion of preference shares, as announced on 17 December 2012

-      100,000 ordinary shares relating to the conversion of preference shares, as announced on 20 May 2013

-      98,039 ordinary shares relating to the exercise of subscription warrants, as announced on 10 February 2014

-      238,432 ordinary shares relating to the exercise of subscription warrants, as announced on 14 February 2014. It is however noted that this announcement misstated the number of ordinary shares due to be admitted to trading and this should in fact have been 238,432 rather than the  278,432 originally stated.

Application has been made for all the aforementioned ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM; it is expected that such admission will be effective as at 8.00am on 10 March 2014.

The Company's total issued share capital after admission of the new Ordinary Shares will be 59,749,039 Ordinary Shares of 1p each with voting rights attached. The Company has no shares in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 59,749,039.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
