                 Final dividend for the year ended 31 May 2007

Further to the earlier announcement of its preliminary results for the year
ended 31 May 2007, IG Group Holdings plc confirms that the final ordinary
dividend of 6.5p, if approved, will be paid on 12 October 2007 to those
shareholders on the register on 7 September 2007.
