IG Group Holdings plc, a leading global fintech company, received notification on 20^th October 2022 that the following transactions were carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR").
