Change of Company Secretary
IG Group Holdings plc is pleased to announce that Bridget Messer has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 24 March 2011. Bridget will continue to serve as Global Head of Legal & Compliance.
Bridget takes over from Company Secretary, Guy Abbi, who tendered his resignation with effect from 24 March 2011.
