The Company was notified on 14 January 2002 that on the same date, under the
terms of an Employee Share Scheme, 1,188 International Greetings plc shares were
transferred to Martin Hornung a director of the Company for nil consideration.
Following this transfer Mr Hornung has an interest in 318,321 shares
representing 0.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
