Director's Dealings

The Company received notification on 20 February 2013 that John Charlton, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 47.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 19 February 2013.

Following this transaction, Mr Charlton has a beneficial interest in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
