International Greetings PLC (the 'Company') announces that it has applied for 
the admission to AIM ('Admission') of 726,477 new ordinary shares of 5p in the 
capital of the Company.  The new ordinary shares have been issued as vendor 
consideration and pursuant to the exercise of options.

Admission is expected to become effective on or around 1 November 2007.
