                               ADDITIONAL LISTING

International Greetings PLC (the 'Company') has today applied for the admission
to AIM ('Admission') of  53,000 new ordinary shares, which are being issued
pursuant to the exercise of options to subscribe 40,000 new ordinary shares at
£1.88 per share and options to subscribe 13,000 new ordinary shares at £1.37 per
share.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's
existing ordinary shares.  It is expected that Admission of the new ordinary
shares will become effective on or around 1 October 2004.
