EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

Application has been made for the admission ('Admission') of 55,000 new ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company ('Shares') to the Alternative Investment Market
of the London Stock Exchange, pursuant to the exercise of options at £0.79
(50,000 Shares) and £0.39 (5,000 Shares) per Share, respectively. Upon admission
the Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and
it is expected that dealings will commence on 9 October 2003.
