Notice of Annual General Meeting and proposed name change

iEnergizer Limited (AIM: IBPO.L), an international and full service business process outsourcing business, is pleased to advise that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at Mont Crevelt House, Bulwer Avenue, St Sampson, Guernsey, GY2 4LH on 15^th August 2014 at 12.30 pm.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ending 31^st March 2014 and Notice of Meeting will be dispatched to all shareholders on or before 1^st August 2014. An electronic copy of the report is also available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.iEnergizer.com.

One of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM concerns the Board of Directors' intention to change the name of the Company, in accordance with Section 25(2) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended), from iEnergizer Limited to Aptara Limited, ("Aptara"). The proposed name change reflects the Company's expanded offering and expertise gained when it acquired the innovative, digital technology services leader Aptara. The Company has decided the time is right to operate under a single brand and name, in particular given the Company's expanded offering to provide complete, end-to-end solutions for information providers. The new name reflects future growth opportunities and is synomous in the industry as an enabler of digital strategies.

In compliance with AIM Rule 26, details of the Company will be available on the new web site address www.aptaracorp.com following the change of name becoming effective. The Company expect to make a further announcement after the AGM on 15^th August 2014.
