In accordance with section 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 we hereby notify
you of the following shareholding:
Shareholders: Herald Investment Trust plc
Percentage of issued share capital held: 8.11%
The shares are registered in the name of RBSTB Nominees Limited and were issued
pursuant to a placing on 19th December 2000. i-documentsystems group plc was
informed of this interest on 16 January 2001.
