In conformity with the Transparency Directive IDOX is required to announce to
the market the receipt of notifications of major interests in its shares.

IDOX received notice on 20 March 2007 in accordance with the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules that Herald Investment Management Limited has a notifiable
interest in 14,666,667 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, being 7.51% of
the issued ordinary share capital of IDOX.
