                            Notification of Interest

The Company was informed by a letter dated 8 June 2007 that Highclere
International Investor Limited ('Highclere'), through the Highclere
International Investors International Smaller Companies Fund, had a notifiable
interest of 12,125,000 ordinary 1p shares in IDOX, being 3.55% of the issued
share capital of the Company.

Highclere acts as an investment manager for a number of commingled funds and
separate accounts (together, the 'Clients'). In acting for its Clients,
Highclere is given full discretion over its Clients' investments. Highclere do
not act as its Clients' custodian, and therefore shares are not held in
Highclere's name, but in the nominee name of its Clients' custodian bank.
