Limited had a notifiable interest of 23,032,228 ordinary shares in IDOX,
equivalent to 11.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1 pence per
share. The issued share capital of the Company is 195,260,900 ordinary shares of
1 pence per share.
