The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification on 10 May 2007 that
Andrew Fraser has reduced his interest to 8,630,300 ordinary shares equivalent
to 4.42% of the issued share capital of the Company.


The issued share capital of the Company is 195,260,900 ordinary shares.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1p per share in
IDOX.
