Notifiable Interest

The Board of IDOX announces it received notification today from Dresdner
Kleinwort Wasserstein Ltd ('Dresdner') that they had sold 450,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company on 9th and 10th December 2003 representing
0.29% of the issued share capital. Both transactions were effected at a price of
11p per share.

Dresdner now hold 7,362,500 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.79% of
the current issued share capital.
