IDOX PLC 15 May 2007 IDOX PLC 15 May 2007 IDOX plc ('IDOX' or the 'Company') Director Shareholding The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification from John Wisbey, Non-Executive Director of the Company, on 11 May 2007 that Lombard Risk Management plc ('LRM'), a company in which John Wisbey has an interest, sold 5,601,546 ordinary shares in IDOX on 10 May 2007 at 7.5 pence. Furthermore Nigel Oxbrow, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares on 10 May 2007 at 7.5 pence. These sales were both made through Noble & Company Limited in conjunction with the conditional placing of new ordinary shares announced by the Company on 10 May 2007 in which certain directors, including John Wisbey, subscribed for new ordinary shares. The total beneficial interest of John Wisbey and Nigel Oxbrow is now as follows: Director Number of Shares Percentage of issued voting share capital John Michael Wisbey* 11,976,666* 6.13% Nigel Oxbrow 11,610,768 5.95% *John Wisbey is interested in a personal capacity in 710,000 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 0.36% of the current issued share capital. John Wisbey also holds an interest in IDOX through the shareholding of Advanced Technology Trust which holds 11,266,666 ordinary shares representing 5.77% of the current issued share capital. As a consequence of LRM's sale, LRM no longer has a shareholding in the Company. John Wisbey is a beneficiary of Advanced Technology Trust and a director and significant shareholder of LRM. The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1 pence per share. The issued share capital of the Company is 195,260,900 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share.
