Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification from Martin Brooks, Chairman, that he exercised options over 2,250,000 ordinary shares in IDOX on 13 August 2012 at 9 pence per ordinary share.

Following the transaction Martin Brooks has increased his beneficial interest to 7,901,527 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 2.28% of the current issued share capital and has outstanding options over 3,040,354 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.88% of the current issued share capital.

The issue of 2,250,000 shares was satisfied by a new issue of shares.

The issued share capital of the Company is 346,229,812 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share.
