Director Shareholding

The Board of IDOX announces that on 14 October 2008 it received notification from Martin Brooks, Chairman of IDOX, that he bought 300,000 ordinary shares in IDOX through his Self-invested Pension Plan ('SIPP') on 14 October 2008 at 10.0 pence.

Martin Brooks is now interested in 271,079 ordinary shares in IDOX held personally and 2,702,127 ordinary shares in IDOX held through his SIPP. Following this purchase Martin Brooks is directly interested in a total of 2,973,206 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 0.86% of the current issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 344,158,336 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share.
