                             Director Shareholding


The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification from Christopher
Wright, Non-Executive Director of the Company, on 28 April 2008 that he bought
250,000 ordinary shares in IDOX on 28 April 2008 at 11 pence.

Following this purchase Christopher Wright is interested, in personal capacity,
in 702,222 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 0.20% of the current issued
share capital.

Christopher Wright also is a director of an affiliate of Merifin Capital NV
which holds 6,520,833 ordinary shares representing 1.90% of the current issued
share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 343,158,336 ordinary shares of 1
pence per share.
