The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification from Martin Brooks,
Chairman of the Company, that he purchased 85,033 ordinary shares in IDOX at
11.75 pence on 31 October 2007.

Martin Brooks now holds 271,079 ordinary shares in a personal capacity and
2,152,127 shares through his Self Invested Pension Plans.

Following this purchase Martin Brooks is interested in a total of 2,423,206
ordinary shares in IDOX representing 0.7% of the current issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 341,927,567 ordinary shares of 1
pence per share.
