The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification form Martin Brooks,
Chairman of the Company, on 23 October 2007 that he bought 235,000 ordinary
shares in IDOX at 10.75 pence.


Martin Brooks purchased these shares through a Self Invested Pension Plans
(SIPP) and now holds 2,152,127 shares through his SIPPs and 186,046 shares
directly.


Following this purchase Martin Brooks is interested in a total of 2,338,173
ordinary shares in IDOX representing 0.7% of the current issued share capital.


The issued share capital of the Company is 341,927,567 ordinary shares of 1
pence per share.
