                       IDOX plc ('IDOX' or the 'Company')

                          Completion of £11m placing


Further to yesterday's announcement of First Admission and commencement of
dealings in respect of 58,695,000 new ordinary shares, the Board of IDOX advises
that Second Admission and commencement of dealings in relation to a further
87,971,667 new ordinary shares took place at 8am today.

The Company now has 341,927,567 ordinary shares of 1p in issue. This figure may
be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.

It is expected that formal completion of the acquisition of CAPS Solutions
Limited ('CAPS') will occur on 7 June 2007.
