Completion of Acquisition

IDOX plc (AIM: IDOX, 'IDOX' or the 'Company'), a leading supplier of software and services to the UK public sector, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of 11 long-term managed-service contracts for the provision of land and property information solutions to UK Local Authorities from Macdonald, Dettwiler and Associates, as announced on 31^st March 2010.
