Following the publication of the preliminary interim results earlier today, the Board of Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC ("the Company") announces an interim dividend of 5 pence per share.

The dividend will be payable as follows:

Ex-dividend date                                  8 October 2015          

Record date                                         9 October 2015

Payment date                                       20 October 2015
