Ibstock plc ('Ibstock' or the 'Company'), announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 21 April 2022 ('Share Buyback Programme'), the Company purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of
£0.01 each ('Ordinary Shares') through UBS AG London Branch (the 'Broker'). The purchased shares will be held in treasury.
