Ibstock plc (the "Company") announces in accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.4R,  that on 19 April 2016, Mr Wayne Sheppard, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 6,307,827 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife.

Mr Sheppard's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged (including Ordinary Shares held in his wife's name) at 11,307,827 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.78 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
