Re-admission to Trading on AIM

i3 Energy plc is pleased to announce that, following the completion of the re-admission as set out in the announcement of 11^th August 2020, the Company's enlarged share capital was today admitted to trading on AIM at 8am ("Admission").

Following Admission, the Company now has in issue 688,866,655 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each. Shareholders may use this figure of ordinary shares as the denominator by which they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
