ITE announces, 5,500,000 ordinary shares were purchased on 30 July 2001, on
behalf of ITE ESOT, the employee share option trust, at a price of 21.5p per
share. 9,957,000 ordinary shares are now held in ITE ESOT, representing 3.81%
of the issued share capital of ITE.
