Resignation from the Board

ITE Group PLC 09 September 2005 9 September 2005 ITE Group Non-Executive Directorate Change ITE Group plc ('ITE'), the international exhibitions group specialising in emerging and developing markets, announced today that Christopher Russell, a non-executive Director of ITE and a representative of Veronis Suhler Stevenson on the ITE Board, has tendered his resignation as a director of ITE with immediate effect. Mr Russell's resignation follows the reduction in Veronis Suhler Stevenson's shareholding after ITE's recent share buy back. The Board of ITE now comprises four non-executive directors and four executive directors. Veronis Suhler Stevenson continues to retain one representative on the Board.
