EGM Passes 50% Acquisition of Istanbul Fuarcilik

ITE GROUP PLC ('ITE' or 'the Company')

Result of EGM

At the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held earlier today the
resolution put to shareholders in relation to the acquisition of a 50 per
cent. interest in Istanbul Fuarcilik A.S was duly passed.

It is expected that admission to the Official List of the new ordinary shares
in ITE due as consideration for the acquisition will take place shortly.
