Correction of Interim Dividend Payment Date

On 30 May 2001 ITE Group plc ('the Company') stated that the interim dividend
will be payable on 18 July 2001 to shareholders on the register on 15 June
2001. The Company announces that the dividend will be payable on 27 July 2001
and not 18 July 2001 as previously stated.
