                                 BOARD CHANGES



ITE Group plc ('ITE'), the international exhibitions specialist, today announces
that it has appointed Edward Strachan as an Executive Director and Marco Sodi as
a Non-Executive Director to its Board, effective from 1 July 2003. Jeffrey
Stevenson, who has been a Non-Executive Director of ITE since November 2000,
stepped down from the Board on 30 June 2003.

Edward Strachan, 38, joined ITE in 1993 and has been managing ITE's operations
in St Petersburg, Kazakhstan, the CIS and the Caspian region. Mr Strachan brings
to the Board his extensive experience of launching and managing exhibitions
throughout Russia, the CIS and Caspian areas.


Marco Sodi is a Partner of Veronis Suhler Stevenson ('VSS'), the US private
equity house. After joining VSS in 1989, Mr Sodi worked on a number of US and
European media investments and spearheaded the establishment of VSS's London
office in 1999. More recently, Mr Sodi has led VSS's investments in media
businesses in Europe.


Jeffrey Stevenson, who is standing down with immediate effect, is a Partner of
VSS.


There are no further disclosures in relation to the appointments of Mr Strachan
and Mr Sodi under Rule 16.4 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.


Commenting on the changes, Iain Paterson, Chairman, said:

development. Edward has great experience of, and responsibility for a major part
