           Board Change and Consolidation of Russian Management Team


ITE Group plc ('ITE' or 'The Group'), the international exhibitions specialist,
today announces that it has appointed Ross Stobie as Director General of ITE
Moscow, with immediate effect.

Mr Stobie was appointed to the Board of ITE as a Non-executive Director in June
2002.  Following this assumption of executive responsibilities, he will continue
to sit on the Board of ITE as an Executive Director.  Mr Stobie has considerable
experience in Russia, particularly in the oil and gas sector, where he was based
from 1994 to 1999 as President of British Gas PLC, Russia.

The Group also announces that it has completed a new three year consultancy
agreement with Edward Strachan, securing his exclusive services until 30
September 2005.  Mr Strachan, who has been with the group for ten years, is
based in St Petersburg and Almaty and is the key executive responsible for ITE's
operations in the growing St Petersburg, Kazakhstan and Caspian markets.

Commenting on the announcement, Ian Tomkins, Chief Executive, ITE Group plc,
said:

forms part of our strategy to consolidate our Russian management team.  I am
certain that under his leadership our Russian business will continue to thrive
in what we regard as an exciting and core market for ITE.

'Similarly, the St Petersburg, Kazakhstan and Caspian markets are of key focus
for ITE and we are delighted that Edward Strachan will continue to head up what
has become an integral part of our business.'
