Block Listing


ITE announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a block listing of 7,881,941 ordinary shares of 1p each to be
admitted to the Official List and to trading in order to satisfy future new
issues in connection with the ITE Employee Share Option Scheme (7,374,442
ordinary shares) and ITE Key Contractors' Performance Share Plan (507,499
ordinary shares).


It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective on 25 May
2005.


The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the Company
