Appointment of new Chief Financial Officer

ITE Group ("the Group") announces the appointment of Andrew Beach as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company. Andrew will join the Board of ITE and assume the role of CFO once he has served the notice period in his current role, which is expected to be by the beginning of January 2017. Des McEwan will continue as Interim Group Finance Director until this time.

Andrew joins from Ebiquity plc, the AIM listed marketing analytics specialist, where he is currently Chief Financial & Operating Officer. He joined Ebiquity in 2007 as Financial Controller moving to CFO in 2008. In this role he oversaw the rapid expansion of the business, which now spans 20 offices in 14 markets and employs 900 staff. Andrew has led and integrated over 15 acquisitions across new verticals and global geographies and restructured the global finance team.

Prior to joining Ebiquity, Andrew spent nine years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as part of the Entertainment and Media audit practice where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW). Andrew has proven experience in the media sector having headed up the UK Publishing sector knowledge network and managed clients including Interpublic Group, Emap and Viacom. Andrew graduated from the University of Plymouth with a degree in Business Studies with Finance.

Des will remain with the Group and will work closely with Andrew as part of an orderly transition. The Board would like to thank Des for his continued support and contribution during the interim period.
