ITE announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for listing of 25,456 shares issued to Iain Peterson (Non
Executive Chairman) as part of his remuneration package.


It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective and dealings
commence on 22 December 2004.
