ITE announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for block listing of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1pence each pursuant to employees' share scheme (50,000 shares) and performance share plans (950,000 shares).
It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective and dealings commence on 23 April 2012.
