Additional Listing



ITE announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for listing of 10,347 ordinary shares of 1 pence each issued to
Iain Paterson (Non Executive Chairman) as part of his remuneration package.


It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective and dealings
commence on 9 January 2008.
