ITE GROUP PLC ('ITE' or 'the Company')

Additional Listing

ITE announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for listing of 1,100,333 shares issued as part consideration in
relation to the agreement with Kyzyl Tan Consultants Limited dated 29 September
2000, in respect of the acquisition of Primexpo and shows in St. Petersburg and
the acquisition agreement dated 29 September 2000, concerning the entire share
capital of ITECA in Kazakhstan.

It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective and dealings
commence on 24 December 2002.
