Additional Listing

ITE announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for listing of 1,845,417 ordinary shares in ITE, being those
shares issued to shareholders who elected to receive shares instead of cash in
respect of the interim dividend of 0.5p per ordinary share for the year ended 30
September 2001.

It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective and dealings
commence on 27 July 2001.
