                            Acquisition announcement



ITE Group plc ('ITE'), the international exhibitions specialist, today announces
that it has acquired two well established and successful trade exhibitions in
the Ukraine. The exhibitions 'Healthcare' and 'Information and Communications'
are the leading events in their sectors in the Ukraine and complement ITE's
existing portfolio organized by its Kyiv office.


Commenting on the acquisitions, Ian Tomkins, Chief Executive, said:
