Directorate change

The Board of HydrogenOne Capital Growth plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Abigail Rotheroe, as non-executive Director of the Company, commencing on 8 February 2022. Abigail is an Investment Director at Snowball Impact Management, and has a background in sustainable and impact investing.

Caroline Cook will step down from the Company's Board on 7 April 2022, reflecting the increased responsibilities in sustainable investment in her expanding executive role, and to avoid any potential conflict of interest with the Company's future activities. Caroline will join the Investment Adviser's Advisory Board, later in 2022.
