A "Vote Withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of proportion of votes "For" or "Against" a resolution.

 

The total number of shares in issue as at 18 April 2011 was 133,068,939.

 

The total number of proxy votes cast, including 'Votes Withheld', was 107,018,029; % of proxies cast was 80.42%.

Under Listing Rule 12.4.5, and following the passing of Special Resolution 14, the Company now has the authority to make market purchases of up to 14.99% of its issued ordinary share capital.
