Hunting was informed on 7 December 2005 that the LC Hunting Deceased Trust
disposed of 910,701 Hunting 25p ordinary shares at a price of 305p per share on
the 7 December 2005. The total beneficial and non-beneficial interests of Mr D R
L Hunting and Mr J A Trafford, who are trustees of the LC Hunting Deceased
Trust, are now as set out below:
