Richard Harold Malthouse has retired as a trustee and has transferred his
non-beneficial interest of 3,859,514 ordinary shares to James Anthony Trafford
who has increased his non beneficial interest as a trustee to 4,894,909
ordinary shares in Hunting PLC being 4.86% of the issued share capital.  

Richard Harold Malthouse has also relinquished non-beneficial interest as a
trustee in a further 2,484,583 ordinary shares where no new trustees have been
appointed.
