Gibson Petroleum Acquires Rainbow Gas Plant

Hunting PLC 7 December 1999 Hunting PLC announces the acquisition by Gibson Petroleum, a member of its Oil Division, of the Rainbow Gas Plant situated in northern Alberta for £5m in cash. The plant, which has a current capacity of 44 million cubic feet of gas per day and incorporates 91 miles of gathering system, provides Gibson Petroleum with an excellent opportunity for expanding gathering and processing services to companies active in the area.
